PSP USB game loader(usbhostfs_bin). How do u make it work?

PSP USB game loader(usbhostfs_bin). How do u make it work?
So i have the 2 folders:
usbhostfs_pc =>on pc
and
usbhostfs_psp =>put it in psp(gamemap) ok

So now what?
I use my psp and start the program
Then i use the “usbhostfs_pc” and get a CMD-screen.
What then?
Where do i put the ISO/CSO files(or DAX)
What code do neet to use to get the files or …
