how can i convert a vlc video with all the subtitles and dual audio with it?

i have the video 9 converter for my psp to convert videos, i want to convert this video i have that plays in the vlc player and comes with subtitles and dual audio, is there a way i can convert both the video and the dual audio so i can put it on my psp?
