File Manager Psp

Can anybody point me to a free PSP audio file converter?

I would like to tranfer music from my laptop to my PSP but , I refuses to pay $20 for the PSP Media Converter (PSP Media Manager) I also dont think PSP Video 9 converts audio files. What Im looking for is something similiar to PSP Video 9 but for audio. Can someone help me out?
